Bergeijk, September 22, 2025. WILVO announces today an important step aimed at positioning itself as a one-stop-shop with clout for sheet metal parts, mechanical parts, assemblies and lifecycle & transport solutions. Until today, WILVO Group consisted of several entities, resulting from strategic acquisitions in recent years. As of September 22, 2025, ITEQ will continue as WILVO (Nijkerk location), The HUB Development will change to WILVO Development and WILVO will simply remain WILVO (Bergeijk location). The machining companies (GFM, Van Den Broek, v.d. Elsen and Metalnet) will be merged in mid-2026 under the name WILVO Precision. This will coincide with the move to the brand new location, where the companies will come together under one roof. The transition to one WILVO will therefore be implemented in phases.
The knowledge, experience and history that the companies represent separately will be retained within one WILVO. In this way WILVO can position itself stronger, more visible and unambiguous in the market. “With this step, we are combining our strengths under one name and ditto brand identity. It not only makes us more recognizable for clients, partners and associates, but also stronger as an organization. By bringing our knowledge, capabilities and competencies together in name as well, we can serve our clients even better,” says Rob Lemmens, CEO of WILVO.
